Group Coaching for New-ish Therapists

Whether you’re newly graduated or been in the field a couple years, it’s been a struggle to manage the emotional rollercoaster of being a therapist, owning a practice, or getting through grad school. You struggle with imposter syndrome, feeling like you aren’t good enough to be a therapist or feel ill-equipped to manage the responsibility of being a helper. Some of this comes from your family or cultural background that prevents you from believing you’re actually a kick-ass therapist (or will be soon) and some of the negative thoughts stem from a lack of community and support from others in the field.

If you’re looking for support from a coach and group around building more confidence as a therapist, managing the emotional toll and burnout that comes with this work, embracing your professional identity, overcoming mindset barriers, and learning how systemic issues impact your ability to provide service or make a living, this is the group for you! We will not be case consulting as this group is geared toward learning about yourself and needs as a therapist, not clinical tools to support clients.

This group is inclusive and safe for marginalized identities. Please know that any form of judgement or hateful feedback will not be tolerated and those who engage in this will be required to leave the group.
